Brooke & Brad’s Wedding

 

Our gorgeous Glam Couture customer Brooke and her husband Brad.  Such a fun wedding to work on.  Both her and her bridal party were memorable for all the right reasons.  It’s great to see the full story come to light.

After 12 months of dating, Brad took Brooke on a romantic date.  They travelled on a sea plane to cottage point for a delicious lunch.  A short stroll along the water and low and behold he popped the question.  Such a romantic and thoughtful way to begin their wedding journey.

A few months later, their wedding day arrived.  It was a beautiful fresh Spring day and their wedding began where their romance did, in their local church.  What a sentimental and significant touch to add to this momentous occasion.  Their wedding celebrations continued to the lovely Doltone House, Jones Bay Wharf, Sydney.

 

 

Their theme was all about style and fun.  Everything from photos to the live band at the reception were so fun.  They had a colour theme of steel blue which accented various parts of their wedding.

 

 

Brooke was an absolute vision in ivory silk.  She wore a gorgeous Glam Couture A-line gown.  It was beautifully detailed with fabric flowers strategically hand stitched on the bodice and embellishing the single strap.  To view more Glam Couture designs, CLICK HERE.  Keeping her accessories simple she wore Glam Couture chandelier earrings and of course her exquisite engagement ring.

 

 

Her bridesmaids wore gorgeous steel blue silk cocktail dresses.  They were also custom made by Glam Couture.  They were a stunning A-symmetrical design with drapes sweeping across the bust and waist with a single detailed strap.  All the girls held elegant rose posies in soft neutral tones.

 

The guys were stylishly dressed in Charcoal suits with silver grey shirts and black ties.  Brad was set apart with a white shirt and silver tie.

 

 

Their wedding day was simply sensational and with no regrets.  They did however, have unfortunate photography dramas 2 weeks prior.  No bride and groom wants to deal with such an issue and so close to their big day.  Their wedding photographer had to cancel.  Very graciously they accepted that the photographer did have good reason.  Thinking quick, they came up with a fabulous plan B and wound up with great wedding photos and an enjoyable day.

Brooke and Brad enjoyed their fabulous honeymoon at the Maldives.  What of course was their biggest highlight?  It was the Maldives.

A great way to end their wedding journey, relaxing and enjoying the incredible surrounds.
