On occasion Glam Couture may run an exclusive offer.  The free shipping will still apply to any products purchased on such occasions.

Shipping

We choose to send our orders with ‘Australia Post’ with the option of standard or express shipping.  This includes within Australia or Internationally.
Unless you select ‘Signature on Delivery’ as your shipping option, your parcel will be left in your letterbox or in a safe place determined by your postman.  If you do select ‘Signature on Delivery’ someone will need to be at your selected address to sign for it or it will be left with your nearest Post Office where you will need to provide ID and sign for it upon collection.

Within Australia how long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed on weekdays.  We aim to send out orders as quick as possible ideally within 24 – 48hrs but it may take longer depending on our volume of orders or stock levels at the time.  We operate on a first received, first packaged basis.

Please let us know however, if your order is urgent.  We try and be quick with all orders but if it is urgent we will do our best to be as efficient as possible for you.  We also ask you select the express post option on checkout to receive the quickest delivery possible.

If you have chosen ‘custom made’ pieces then sending your order may take longer.  All ‘custom made’ pieces have possible wait times specified in their descriptions.

On occasion, products may be out of stock.  If delays are going to occur on your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Tracking Number

Once your order is fulfilled and dispatched, you will be notified of the tracking number and your parcel can be tracked at https://auspost.com.au/

Shipping Options In Australia

We offer 4 different shipping methods on checkout:

Standard Postage – This is $9 or free when you order $100+ and takes approximately 4 – 6 business days.

Standard Postage + Signature on Delivery – This service costs $12.  If you don’t have a premises that is safe to leave parcels we highly recommend you choose the signature on delivery.  We recommend signature on delivery to ensure your gorgeous items arrive safely into your hot little hands.

Express Post – This service costs $11 and you will usually receive your parcel the next day provided you are in the overnight postal areas.  If you are not in that area it will usually be the following day.

Express Post + Signature on Delivery – This service costs $14.  If you require your parcel fast and require someone to sign for your parcel, this service is for you.  We highly recommend signature on delivery to ensure your Glam Couture items arrive safely into your home.

All these services come with a tracking number.  These shipping times commence the day of dispatch from Glam Couture.

International Shipping 

Our valued customers stretch right across the globe.  We ship internationally to all countries using International Registered Post. All prices include tracking and signature on delivery, offering both standard and express shipping.  Prices and estimated delivery times are available upon checkout.  If you have further questions please enquire at [email protected].  Insurance is available at an additional charge of $12.

Customs Import/Export Tax Duty
Some countries in the world charge a Customs Import Duty on all goods imported.  Import Duty is a separate payment between the recipient and your local customs authority.

If this applies to you, customs will be in contact with you once the package has been received in your country.  If the import duties are not, the item will remain in Customs and labelled as ‘unclaimed cargo’.  Your parcel will not be returned to ‘Glam Couture’ and no refunds will be made.

What if I’m not home when my parcel comes?

If you have not purchased the ‘signature on delivery’ option, the parcel will simply be left at your door or in your letterbox so you need to make sure you’re either home or your home is safe to leave parcels at.

We recommend you choose the ‘signature on delivery’ option to ensure safe delivery.  If you did choose ‘signature on delivery’ it will depend on who we send your parcel with as to what will happen if you’re not home.


Australia Post –
Australia Post will leave a calling card to advise they have attempted to deliver your parcel.  They will then take it to your nearest Post Office for you to collect.  They will advise on the calling card which Post Office they have left it at and from which time collection can occur.  Please collect your parcel within a week of attempted delivery as additional charges may occur.  Glam Couture are not responsible to pay any additional charges.

Your Phone Number

Your phone number will be indicated on your parcel for the carrier to have the necessary information to contact you if the situation requires.  Please provide your mobile number to make it easier to contact you.  By placing an order with Glam couture you give us permission to pass your details on to a third party for shipping purposes.

PLEASE NOTE – If you do not choose ‘Signature on Delivery’ and the parcel has been signed for upon checking the https://auspost.com.au/ or it will not be the responsibility of Glam Couture to replace the item or track the item with the postage company.
